1. Partner visa (subclass 820/801):

The Partner visa 820/801 subclass is also a two-stage visa designed for onshore applicants who are in a de facto relationship (at least 12 months) or are married to an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. The onshore partner visa subclass 820 is in the provisional stage, allowing the applicant to work and stay in Australia temporarily while their application is processed. The subclass 801 visa is the permanent stage, which is assessed after a waiting period from the time of the initial application. You have the option of applying for this visa along with the 820 visas. According to the Australian Government, Department of Home Affairs, the partner visa cost for subclass 820/801 is:

If an applicant withdraws their Prospective Marriage visa application before a decision is made prior to a decision being made by the Department of Home Affairs, the visa fee is usually non-refundable. They may have to pay a reduced Ceased Prospective Marriage visa fee instead.

2. Partner visa (subclass 309/100):

The 309 visa permits the de facto partner or spouse of an Australian citizen to reside in Australia on a temporary basis. The offshore partner visa subclass 309 visa is in the provisional stage, while the subclass 100 visa is in the permanent stage. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria have the option to apply for both stages of the visa process simultaneously. The subclass 309 visa will be granted initially and after a certain period, the subclass 100 visa will be considered, granting permanent residency in Australia. 3. Prospective Marriage (subclass 300) Visa:

The Prospective Marriage visa is intended for individuals who are engaged to an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. 300 visa allows the applicant to enter Australia and marry their prospective spouse within nine months of the visa grant. During this period, it is not permissible for you to work in Australia, but you can pursue studies for a maximum of three months. Once you tie the knot, you may apply for a Partner visa (subclass 820/801), which allows you to remain in Australia as a spouse. Health Examination:
