Very disappointing experience. It felt like this agency cared more about taking clients’ money than actually providing proper immigration advice. Communication was unprofessional, and the level of knowledge seemed very limited compared to other agencies I’ve dealt with.While their fees may appear cheaper at first, it honestly felt like that came at the cost of experience, professionalism, and proper insurance/protection for clients. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before trusting them with something as important as your visa or immigration matters
